this is definitely a 'life is therapy' post! I wish I could be a little less stressed mom and would do more things like that with Kayla! I remember her ST did that with her once and she loved it :)
I so understand. The other night Leah grabs her mash potatoes by the handful, that was a first for us! I've made her a homemade sensory box like she has at school and she loves it-kinda makes a mess but worth it to see her play w/all different textures.
