My Little Bookworm

A few weeks ago I turned a corner of the bedroom into a play area just for Antalya. She loves to go there and pull a book off the shelf and "read" it.
Today she was playing in her corner while I put away a load of laundry. When I finished I went over to see what she was doing. She had pulled nearly every book off the shelves and was deeply engrossed in "reading" one of them. Not even me pulling out the camera and taking pictures could distract her from the pictures on the pages. It was too cute!

I think I know where she's gets that focus from.

I was so impressed with Antalya on Sunday! She is learning SO much. Well, I'm not surprised, she has such a terrific mom. :)

We love book worms!

A life without books is like a room without windows. Way to go Antalya! Remember, you don't have to read every day -- just on the days that you eat!

Thats so fun. It warms a mothers heart to see her children interested in learning and loving books!

How cute! She'll be such a great reader! I love it when they would rather read books than do anything else. So would I!

That is one mess that I never mind cleaning up. There is just something so sweet seeing a little one in the middle of a pile of books looking at them. She is so cute. I love it!
