Getting Here

What we left with...
I wish we could say we arrived with all we left with, but two bags are still MIA. We are crossing our fingers that they eventually make it back to us!

The flight. Easier than I expected! Strangely both the girls decided they would only sleep in the other's car seat. But sleep they did, and this mom was very grateful.

Jet lag. We've had lots of bright eyes in the middle of the night and lots of this during the day. Gratefully, I think we are over the worst.

We found a place to live on Friday, moved in on Saturday, and are working on getting settled. I'll post pics of our "flat" soon!

Sunny, you're my hero for making that long trip with two little girls! I'm so glad they did well for you, and that you've found a place to live. Can't wait to see pics of it and hear about your new adventures in London! Your girls are both darling and are so lucky to have a mom like you!

Glad you got there safe and sound and your girls were good for you. Now you must take advice from New Kids on the Block from their hit single "Step by Step". I hope you won't have to wait for all the hookups for forever like electricity, internet, telephone, gas, etc. Let's hope that in London they value punctuality and will come and install when they say they will. If they don't, just remember, step by step, oooooh baby!

Glad to hear of your safe arrival!! Your girls look so sweet in all those shots (sleeping away) I'm sure the bright eyed times were not so great though... ;D

Hope things get settled for you soon, look forward to all the fun pics that you may send our way!

You made it! Hooray! I'm sorry about the bags, though. I'm sure they'll turn up.

I love Christine's advice.
I love the poor jet lagger pictures.

Can't wait to see the pictures of the flat! Take care. I miss you!
